CAROLINE EJUWAYE EGEGE. LLB, BL, LLM
Principal Partner
Caroline Ejuwaye Egege is the Founder and Principal Partner of Beulah Barrister & Solicitor, bringing over a decade of distinguished experience in corporate advisory, commercial transactions, real estate structuring, and dispute resolution.
She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012 after earning her LL.B degree from the University of Benin. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Caroline’s practice is centred on Corporate & Commercial Law, Secured Lending and Loan Documentation, Debt Recovery Strategy, Real Estate Transactions, Title Perfection, Company Secretarial Services, and Complex Dispute Management. She advises corporate organisations, investment entities, and private clients on structuring legally sound and commercially strategic transactions, negotiating joint venture arrangements, perfecting security interests, and enforcing contractual and financial rights.
As Principal Partner, she provides strategic leadership for the Firm, overseeing transactional advisory, litigation strategy, and governance services. She also serves as Company Secretary to Graniti Real Projects Limited and Splufic Health Limited, where she provides board governance advisory, regulatory compliance oversight, and corporate structuring support.
Earlier in her career, she practised with Zack Egbunu & Co (Real Estate & Legal Consultants), where she developed strong expertise in property law, secured transactions, contract negotiation, and corporate due diligence.
Caroline is recognised for her strategic insight, meticulous execution, and strong commercial acumen. She approaches each mandate with precision, discretion, and a deep understanding of the intersection between legal risk and business growth. Her professional interests include corporate governance, real estate advisory, secured transactions, and business-focused dispute resolution.
SELIMAT SANNI-OWOYOMI, LLB, BL, LLM, AICA

Selimat Sanni-Owoyomi is a Partner at Beulah Barrister & Solicitor and a commercially astute legal and compliance professional with over a decade of experience advising organisations on corporate governance, regulatory strategy, risk management, and complex commercial transactions.
She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Lagos and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, and the International Compliance Association. Her professional certifications in compliance further reinforce her expertise in governance and regulatory advisory.
Selimat’s practice centres on Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, AML/CFT advisory, Risk Assessment, Conflict Management, and Commercial Contracting. She provides strategic guidance to corporate clients on statutory obligations, board governance frameworks, regulatory reporting, and the design and implementation of internal compliance and control systems.
Her experience spans both private practice and in-house advisory roles, where she has conducted due diligence on high-value transactions, overseen regulatory engagements, structured governance systems, and advised on complex financial transactions, including large-scale commercial paper issuances. Her dual exposure enables her to approach matters with both legal precision and operational insight.
